The selection of submersible pumps before use is very important, and the model of the pump should be selected based on the actual situation of the water source, working time, and pump water volume requirements. Firstly, it is necessary to choose a head greater than the head difference between the water intake and outlet; Secondly, the flow rate of the pump should be able to meet the requirements of drainage and irrigation.
1. There is a safe and reliable power supply.
2. The height difference between the outlet pipe and the water surface of the pool should be less than the head.
3. Choose a relatively clean water source.
(2) Start
1. Submersible pumps below 11 kilowatts are allowed to start directly. Submersible pumps with a capacity of 13 kW or more should be equipped with a pressure reducing starting cabinet. To protect the safe operation of submersible pumps.
In order to avoid the instantaneous upward movement of the submersible pump rotor and reduce the starting load. When starting the submersible pump, the outlet valve should be closed to 3/4 of the stroke. (Leave 1/4 air gap for air release) Slowly open after starting the water outlet. Control the water pump operating point at an appropriate position.
3. After starting up and running. Monitoring and observation of water level changes should be strengthened. Operate the submersible pump within the operating range. The submersible pump can only be put into formal operation after it runs smoothly.
4. After the first operation of the submersible pump for 5 hours. Stop the machine and quickly measure the thermal insulation resistance. Its value is not less than 0.5M Ω. Only then can it continue to be used.
(3) Running
1. The submersible pump should operate at the design operating point. At this point, the axial force is moderate. High pump efficiency. Economically reliable.
2. The submersible pump should be checked every 8 hours of operation. Are there any changes in each instrument. Does the circuit node generate heat. Is the sound normal. Is the normal operating current greater than the rated value of the motor.
Note that if one of the following situations occurs, the pump should be stopped immediately.
1) The working current of the pump suddenly exceeds the rated current of the motor.
2) Abnormal water output, intermittent water output. The sand content increases.
3) The insulation resistance of the motor is less than 0.5 megaohms.
4) The unit has obvious noise and increased vibration.
5) Insufficient grid voltage. 5% below the rated voltage.
6) The fuse burned out one phase.
7) The water supply pipeline is damaged.
(4) Stop pump
Before the submersible pump stops. To prevent water backflow. Close the valve while cutting off the power. Restart every 20 minutes or more.
(5) Use and install a leakage protector.
2. Try not to bend the water outlet pipe as much as possible, and promptly detect and repair the rupture of the water supply pipe to reduce power loss.
3. When pumping water from sources with a lot of debris, a filter should be added.
4. Before starting, correct the positive and negative poles of the power supply to prevent the water pump from reversing and not producing water.
5. When abnormal situations are found during use, the power should be cut off in a timely manner, and the work can only continue after the situation is restored.
