Product Introduction:
The principle of the fully through flow submersible pump device is that the water pump impeller is installed in the inner cavity of the motor rotor, forming a whole with the rotor. The rotor is equivalent to the impeller shell of the water pump, making the ineffective part of the motor become the working part. During operation, water flows through the inner cavity of the rotor, and the device maintains the advantages of low investment, compact structure, easy installation, low noise, and good heat dissipation of the submersible pump. Due to the direct inflow and outflow of water, the fully through flow submersible electric pump has the characteristics of good hydraulic performance, smooth flow channels, and high device efficiency.
a) Wet stator structure, winding does not require sealing
The coil of the wet stator winding structure is a specialized water-resistant winding wire, which is not afraid of water immersion and does not have insulation safety issues caused by poor sealing and water leakage. The reliability is significantly higher than that of existing dry stator submersible electric pumps.
b) Compact structure and shortened size
Small in size and compact in structure, compared to traditional dry submersible axial pumps, the axial size is shortened by nearly half. Lightweight, saves 40% metal consumption, and enables fast installation. A large number of installation methods suitable for engineering applications can be derived, such as vertical, horizontal, and inclined, to simplify the structure of pump stations. Especially suitable for pump stations that combine bidirectional drainage and irrigation. Horizontal through flow is the main installation method and can also be installed diagonally or vertically. This project adopts horizontal installation of gates.
c) Significant improvement in device efficiency
The water flows through and reduces the influence of bends and irregular pipes. The flow velocity distribution is uniform, the flow pattern is smooth, and local losses are very small. In addition, the flow channel is short, and the flow channel loss is small, resulting in a significant improvement in the efficiency of the device.
d) Low noise and good heat dissipation conditions
The operating conditions have been greatly improved, with good underwater heat dissipation conditions, low noise, and minimal environmental impact.
e) Convenient operation and management, convenient for automatic control. The foundation excavation volume is small, and the construction period is short.
